Most content in Xumo Store can be purchased directly through a Xumo account, added instantly and billed seamlessly, so you can jump into your favorite entertainment without any hassle.

How to access Xumo Store
You’ll find Xumo Store on your Xumo home screen and in the Apps menu. Want to get there even easier? Just say “Xumo Store” or “Store” into your voice remote to jump right in.
How to make purchases in Xumo Store
To make purchases in Xumo Store, you’ll need a valid payment method. See the instructions below to add a payment method to your Xumo account.
How to add a payment method:
- Log in to your Xumo account.
- Go to Billing Information.
- Select Add Method of Payment.
- Enter your card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) and billing address.
- Select Save.
You can update or change your payment method anytime. For detailed instructions, see How do I change my Xumo account and billing information?
Once you have your payment method set up, you’re ready to buy!
How to complete a purchase:
- Browse available apps and subscriptions in Xumo Store.
- Select the desired app tile.
- Select the subscription tier you wish to purchase.
- Select Subscribe.
How to manage your subscriptions
You can manage your subscriptions on your Xumo device or online at xumo.com, including cancellations and subscription tier changes.
On your Xumo device:
Scroll down on the home screen and select My subscriptions, or say “Manage [app name]” into your voice remote.
On xumo.com:
- Go to xumo.com/account.
- Go to Subscriptions, find the app you’re looking for and select Unsubscribe.
After canceling, you’ll still have access to the content until the end of your billing period.
