You can update your account and billing information by signing into your Xumo account and going to the Account tab. If your Xumo account is managed by a third-party provider, then you will need to manage those credentials through your provider. If you would like to have a dedicated Xumo account, you will need to unlink your provider’s credentials and start a new Xumo account.
How do I change the email address for my Xumo account?
To update the email address for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account.
- Under Account information, select Edit next to your current email.
- Enter the new email address you’d like to use for your Xumo account.
- A verification email will be sent with a 6-digit code (check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox).
- Enter the 6-digit verification code.
- Select Submit.

To update the password for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account.
- Under Account information, select Edit next to your current password.
- Enter the current password along with the new password you would like to use.
- Select Save.

To update the billing information for your Xumo account:
- Sign in to your Xumo account. You can also access your payment method details directly by going to xumo.com/payment.
- Under Billing information, select Add or Edit.
