Why is the activation link or code not working?

If you’re having trouble activating Xumo Stream Box, try requesting a new activation code. Make sure you’re going to the web address (URL) displayed on the TV screen to enter the activation code.

Note: The activation code will only work with the URL displayed on your TV. Why is “Continue with Spectrum” not working?

You may already have a Xumo account set up with the same email address, resulting in an error message. Just sign in with your email and password to continue.

Note: If selecting Continue with Spectrum does not take you to the Spectrum website to log in, try again in a few minutes in case there is a server error. Remember, you can always create your account through Xumo if you’d prefer to proceed right away. If you do, you will always need to sign in to your Xumo account with your email and password, rather than via your Spectrum account.
