Getting help with your Xumo TV

For more help setting up your TV, please reference the Xumo TV user manual and Quick Start Guide for your TV manufacturer.

For questions regarding your TV or its hardware, visit the Hisense, Element, Pioneer, Sharp, or Westinghouse support site depending on your manufacturer. You may need your TV’s model number when you speak with them. You can find it on the back of your TV or with your remote by following the instructions for your TV version. 

Before you begin, identify which Xumo TV version you have. This will help ensure you follow the correct steps for your device.

There are two ways to identify your version:

  1. Press the SettingsCog.png button on your remote or scroll down to the Settings tile on your home screen.
    • If the first item in the Settings menu is Closed captions, follow the instructions for the Berry version.
    • If the first item in the Settings menu is Picture and sound, follow the instructions for the Teal version.
  2. Look for one of the following logos in the top-left corner of your TV screen:

    1. If you see this logo, follow the instructions for the Berry version

Once you've identified your version, follow the corresponding instructions below.

If you have the Berry version

  • Go to Settings > Device settings > About on your TV

If you have the Teal version

  • Go to Settings > System management > System info > Hardware model
