How do I check the WiFi connection on my Xumo Stream Box for Business?

You can check your WiFi connection on your Xumo Stream Box for Business in Settings.  

Go to Settings > Network > Network connection

In Network connection, your WiFi status will be displayed as one of the following results:  

  • Excellent
  • Good
  • Fair
  • Bad
  • Disconnected

Note: If you are connected to the internet via Ethernet, your status will show as either Connected or Disconnected.

How do I reconnect to a disconnected WiFi network?

If your WiFi displays as Disconnected, follow these steps to reconnect:

  1. Go to Settings > Network > Network Connection > WiFi using password.
  2. Select your network and enter the password.
  3. If successful, your device will be Connected.

How do I connect to a different WiFi network?

If you want to change your WiFi network, follow these steps to connect to a different network:

  1. Go to Settings > Network > Network Connection.
  2. Select Reset.
  3. Select Confirm.
  4. Select WiFi using password.
  5. Select your network and enter the password.

How do I troubleshoot common WiFi issues?

If you’re still having connectivity issues, such as buffering, freezing or audio issues, select Help for tips on improving your WiFi connection.
