Where can I find my Xumo Stream Box for Business MAC address and serial number?

  • Your device’s MAC address and serial number are both located on the bottom of your Xumo Stream Box for Business.
  • The MAC address features 6 pairs of letters and numbers in the following format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
  • If you have an ES1 Xumo Stream Box for Business, your MAC address can be found under the bottom of the device, labeled “MAC.”

  • Your MAC address can also be found on your device by going to Settings > System management > System info > MAC address Ethernet.
