Restoring factory settings wipes your personal preferences from your Xumo Stream Box for Business, removes the device from your Xumo account and signs you out of all apps. If you decide to use your Xumo Stream Box for Business after restoring factory settings, you’ll need to sign in to your apps again to watch them.

To restore your Xumo Stream Box for Business to its factory settings:

1. Go to Settings > System management > Resets & updates on your Xumo Stream Box for Business.
2. Enter your parental control PIN if necessary.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts.  

Note: please keep the device connected to power until you see the screen go black.

Once your device’s factory settings have been restored, you’ll be shown the welcome screen and prompted to set up your Xumo Stream Box for Business again. For help setting up your device, see How do I set up my Xumo Stream Box for Business?
