Yes. You must register your Xumo Stream Box for Business with a Xumo account to use your device. All you need to provide is an email and password. As a Spectrum Business customer, you can also access your Xumo account via your Spectrum Business credentials.

You’ll be prompted to create a Xumo account when you set up your Xumo Stream Box for Business. All you need is an email and password.

Can I use the same Xumo account for more than one Xumo Stream Box for Business?
Yes! You can link multiple Xumo Stream Box for Business devices to the same account. Just sign in with the same Xumo account you used to activate your first device when you set up additional devices.
Can I use the same Xumo account that I use for my Xumo TV?
No. Xumo accounts are configured differently for commercial and residential devices. You can use one account for any Xumo Stream Box for Business devices you have and a separate account for any Xumo TVs and Xumo Stream Boxes that you use at home.
I don’t see a pairing code on my Xumo Stream Box for Business. What should I do?
To connect your Xumo Stream Box for Business to your Xumo account, enter the 6-digit code you see on-screen at xumo.com/activate. If you reach the Link your account screen and do not see a 6-digit code appear, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Wait 30 seconds.
If you’re still not seeing a code:
- Select That didn’t work.
- Select Leave setup.
- Select the Xumo tile.
- Repeat, if necessary.
If you’re still not seeing a code appear after these steps, try unplugging your device and plugging it back in, then repeating the activation process.
