Can I sign in to Xumo with my Spectrum Business credentials?

Yes! Spectrum Business internet subscribers can sign in to Xumo using their Spectrum Business credentials. Your Xumo account will then be managed through Spectrum Business, and you'll be able to update your Xumo account settings through xumo.com after verifying your email address.

How do I sign in with my provider?

During device activation, you will see an option to continue with your provider after entering your 6-digit activation code. If you choose to do so and agree to Xumo’s data sharing notice, you will be redirected to your provider to sign in. After signing in, you will be redirected back to Xumo, and your new account will be created.

If you are logging in via xumo.com, select the option to sign in with your provider. You will be redirected to your provider to sign in with those credentials, then back to xumo.com.

Can I unlink my provider from my Xumo account?

Yes. You can unlink your provider from your Xumo account in your Xumo portal by selecting Unlink. Then, create a password for your account to finish unlinking.

I created an account through my provider. Why can’t I access the Xumo portal?

To access your account through xumo.com, you’ll need a verified email address. To verify your email, sign in to xumo.com via your provider, then follow the instructions on-screen.
