What audio settings are available on my TV?

  • Updated

Multiple settings can enhance your audio experience with the built-in speakers on your TV.

Go to Settings > Picture and sound > Audio settings to view and change the following options:

Note

These settings only apply to your TV’s built-in speakers. If you are using an external speaker (soundbar, receiver, Bluetooth headphones, etc.) check your manufacturer documentation to see if they offer similar settings.

Bass enhancer

This setting increases the amount of bass you hear when watching content.

Dolby volume

This setting balances audio so that commercials, sound effects, music and dialogue across apps are at a similar volume.

You may need to turn up the volume of your TV after enabling this setting.

Dynamic sound

This requires Dolby volume to be turned ON and allows you to increase the volume leveling effect, further reducing louder sounds.

Enhance dialogue

This setting makes voices/dialogue easier to hear by reducing background music and sounds.
