How do I activate my ViX subscription on Xumo?
After you subscribe to ViX Premium, you will need to activate your Xumo subscription by visiting the Xumo subscriptions page and selecting Activate. From there, you will be directed to vix.com to activate your account. After activating your account, you can sign in on Xumo devices and any platforms where the ViX app is available.
What if I already have a subscription to ViX Premium?
If you already have an existing ViX Premium subscription purchased from vix.com or another provider, sign in with your existing credentials after launching the ViX app to view all available content.
How can I manage subscriptions with my Xumo account?
Manage subscriptions by signing into your Xumo account. Here, you can view account information and billing information, as well as manage subscriptions purchased through your Xumo account.
Note: Any subscriptions not obtained through Xumo will need to be managed through the original signup method, and not through your Xumo account.
