How can I subscribe to a channel with Xumo Premium Channels?
To subscribe, either say the channel name into your voice remote or find it in the Xumo Premium Channels row on your home screen. Select Browse more to see all options and then choose Sign up.
What if I already have a subscription to a channel through my TV provider?
If you already have a subscription to a channel through your TV provider, you may be able to access that content through their streaming app (including Xfinity Stream, Spectrum TV and more, if available). You will not be able to watch content in Xumo Premium Channels with a subscription fulfilled by your TV provider.
What if I have a subscription to a channel's app?
If you signed up for a subscription directly to an app, use your voice remote to search for the app by holding and saying its name followed by “app” (e.g., “AMC+ app”). You can also find it in your Apps menu on your device. Make sure to select the app version, not the Xumo Premium Channels version. Once you’ve launched the app, log in with the credentials you used to sign up. You will not be able to use your existing app subscription to watch that content through Xumo Premium Channels.
Note: You can tell the difference between apps and Xumo Premium Channels by looking for the Xumo Premium Channels banner at the bottom of the tile (see example below).

Does Xumo Premium Channels offer free trials?
Many channels offer a 7-day free trial on Xumo Premium Channels. If a free trial is available for a channel, you will automatically enjoy your first week free after signing up. Trial availability will be indicated on each applicable channel’s page before signing up. When your trial ends, you will automatically be billed the monthly rate. Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged.
How do I manage my Xumo Premium Channels subscriptions?
Manage or cancel subscriptions obtained through your Xumo account anytime by holding and saying “Manage my subscriptions” into your voice remote or by going to My subscriptions > Manage subscriptions on your device.

How do I watch my Xumo Premium Channels subscriptions?
Subscriptions obtained through Xumo Premium Channels must be watched on Xumo Stream Box. Use voice commands to search for the name of a channel (e.g., hold and say “Hallmark+” or “Hallmark+ channel”) to view and watch available content or find your channel by going to the Xumo Premium Channels row on your home screen or within your Apps menu, by selecting Xumo Premium Channels.
Can I watch live TV on Xumo Premium Channels?
Yes, some Xumo Premium Channels offer live TV. You can find live TV for your subscribed channels through the Channel Destination Page.
Do I need to sign in to access Xumo Premium Channels?
Xumo Premium Channels works with your Xumo account. As long as you’re signed into your Xumo account on your device, you’ll be able to access your Xumo Premium Channels subscriptions without any additional logins.
How many devices can access my subscriptions?
Concurrent stream limits on Xumo Premium Channels subscriptions vary by content provider. Please note that stream limits apply to all Xumo devices associated with your Xumo account.
Where can I see my Xumo Premium Channels charges?
You will receive monthly email communications about upcoming charges for any subscriptions obtained through Xumo Premium Channels. Charges will be made to the payment method on file with your Xumo account. You can also view subscriptions at xumo.com/subscriptions, or on your device in My subscriptions.

Yes, you can set parental controls on Xumo Premium Channels in Settings. Go to Settings > PIN & Parental > Age Ratings. You can set parental controls for movies and TV shows on Xumo Premium Channels.
