What accessibility features are available on Xumo Stream Box?

To customize your Xumo Stream Box accessibility features, go to Settings > Accessibility. Your Xumo Stream Box accessibility features include:

  • Audio description (AD) that narrates supported programs with audio descriptions of key visuals, and can beep on channels that have audio descriptions
  • Beep on Audio Description “beeps” if the channel you are on is showing an audio described program
  • Closed captions that display dialogue on your TV during movies and shows, which can display your custom caption size, font, and other appearance settings
  • Customized caption style changes the caption text size, font, background color and more

  • Highlight Programs easily identifies programs in the TV guide which have closed caption and/or audio description
  • High Contrast Toggle to make text easier to read
  • Voice Guidance reads text on your TV screen including menus, guides, and settings
