This can happen if there are issues with your local network configuration, preventing images from loading correctly on your device.
First, try this link in your web browser, on the same network as your device. You should see the following image:
If you cannot see the image, reboot your router, and try loading the URL again.
If you still cannot see the image after rebooting your router, try changing your primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s DNS server) in your router settings. You may need to work with your local network administrator if you use a shared network.
If that doesn’t work, try disabling your firewall in your router settings. You may need to work with your local network administrator if you use a shared network.
If you can see the image in your browser, reboot your device. If your device still isn’t showing app icons or images after a reboot, try using an Ethernet cable or adjusting the position of your device or router to get a better Wi-Fi connection to the device.
