What do I do if Xumo Play is not loading correctly?

We are sorry you are experiencing issues with Xumo Play on your device. Please try the steps below to see if they will resolve your issue:

  1. Xumo Play requires a consistent internet connection. Depending on your device, this connection can become unstable at any time. If this happens, we recommend restarting your internet at your router, waiting 60 seconds, and plugging it back in. Then, unplug your device, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in. Doing this should help your device and Xumo Play reestablish a connection.  
  2. Please try closing and re-opening the Xumo Play if you are having trouble loading the app. 
  3. If closing and re-opening the app doesn’t solve your issue, please try re-installing the app from your device’s app store (if applicable).
