How do I cancel my Peacock subscription billed by Xumo?
To cancel your Peacock subscription:
- On your Xumo device, scroll down on home screen and go to “My subscriptions”, or say “Manage Peacock” on your voice remote. Find Peacock from your list of subscriptions. Choose “Unsubscribe” Example from Xumo Stream Box
- On web, go to xumo.com/account and find Peacock under the ”Subscriptions” section. Choose “Unsubscribe”. Example from xumo.com
Your account will be placed in a “pending cancel” state. No refunds will be given as you are billed through the remainder of your cycle. You will no longer be charged once your current bill cycle ends.
How do I access Peacock Premium at no extra cost for 6 months?
You’ll need to connect your Xumo device to the Internet. Launch the Peacock app and login or sign up for Peacock.
Note: In order to take advantage of the offer, you must go through the Peacock app on the Xumo device.
Can I upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus while I have access to Peacock Premium?
Yes, you can upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, however an upgrade will forgo any remaining months on your 6 month Peacock Premium offer. Upgrading to Peacock Premium Plus will cost the full retail rate.
To upgrade, you have two options:
- On device, go to “My subscriptions” and find Peacock from your list of subscriptions. Choose “Change plan” and follow the prompts.
- On web, go to xumo.com/account and go to Subscriptions and find Peacock on the list. Select a plan and follow the prompts.
Can I downgrade to Peacock Premium while I have access to Peacock Premium Plus?
Yes, you can downgrade to Peacock Premium, however your account will be placed in a pending downgrade state while you still have access to Premium Plus. You will be charged at the start of the next cycle.
To downgrade, you have two options:
- On device, go to “My subscriptions” and find Peacock from your list of subscriptions. Choose “Change plan” and follow the prompts.
- On web, go to xumo.com/account and go to Subscriptions and find Peacock on the list. Select a plan and follow the prompts.
I am in the pending cancel state. What if I change my mind and decide to resubscribe?
You can resubscribe any time as long as it is before your current billing cycle ends. A “Resubscribe” button will be available immediately after you cancel.
To resubscribe, you have 2 options:
- On device, go to “My subscriptions” and find Peacock from your list of subscriptions. Choose “Resubscribe” and follow the prompts.
- On web, go to xumo.com/account and go to Subscriptions and find Peacock on the list. Select “Resubscribe” and follow the prompts.
If your subscription has already been canceled, you can sign back up at any time through the Peacock app on your Xumo device.
What is the status of my current Peacock subscription billed by Xumo?
You can find details of your subscription by:
- Going to xumo.com/account
- Sign-in to verify your account
You can also find details on your Xumo device, which you can do by:
- Scrolling down on home screen and choose “My subscriptions” or
- Saying “Manage Peacock” on your voice remote
